
Camberley’s Junior Academy Pinks extended their impressive winning streak to four matches with a nail-biting 41–40 victory over Havant in a fiercely contested friendly fixture.
Hosted by Havant RFC under clear blue skies, the match was a showcase of contrasting styles—Havant’s power against Camberley’s speed and agility. From the first whistle, both sides delivered an intense and evenly matched performance, keeping spectators on edge throughout.
Camberley’s attacking flair was met with strong resistance from the hosts, who used their physicality to great effect. The scoreboard swung back and forth as each team responded to the other’s challenge, with neither side able to pull away.
In the final moments, Camberley held their nerve to secure a one-point win, sealing the match 41–40. Chester put in a solid shift, showing great composure and smart decision-making when it counted. His efforts earned him Havant's Man of the Match.
