Following the continued success of our girls’ rugby cluster, we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Head Coach to lead our U16 Girls for the 2025/26 season.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the next generation of female players in a supportive, collaborative environment across Camberley and Guildford Rugby Clubs. Training runs weekly on Thursday evenings, alternating between the two clubs, with regular Sunday fixtures throughout the season.

We’re looking for someone with great energy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to developing players both on and off the pitch. An RFU coaching qualification (England Rugby Coaching Award or higher) and experience in youth or girls’ rugby are desirable.

You’ll be joining a vibrant, growing girls’ rugby community with a clear pathway, supportive coaching team, and plenty of opportunities for CPD and progression.
