CRFC U10’s Lockdown Challenge

A huge week for points this week with handling skills being challenged in 1 minute timed sessions, working on moving the ball between our legs in various different ways and topping up team points by running and cycling various distances.
Some amazing handling efforts we'll see benefit from of when back on the pitch.

A final week of the competition and just our Burpee challenge to finish what has been a challenging time, with great weather and a real drive to get onto the pitches, we have had some fantastic team efforts to work on improving our fitness, strength and handling capabilities.
With all the amazing effort and great work competing together, lets have a final effort to close the Burpee challenge and finish strong as a complete squad.

Congratulations to Team Pink, who grab the final weeks win, and overall average for the competition.

Although special recognition to the 1,034 points gained by the Amber team, with the highest numbers participating.

Again we had great participation and the amazing videos and images shared will be put together on our YouTube Channel for you all to enjoy and share.
We totalled 628 Figure of eights, 721 switch passes and 723 pop passes, and a further 160 kilometres of running and cycling across the squad.

*Team points are averaged across team participants to level contributions
Our Burpees last week for our 5,000 challenge, has taking our total to 4,280. With a big last push over the next 3 days, let’s see if we can hit our 5,000 target.
