It is my pleasure to invite you to the forthcoming AGM to be held at the Clubhouse on Wednesday 17th July 2024 at 7.00p.m..

The AGM will be run in accordance with the Constitution.

The following documents will be available for your information on the website (you need to be logged in to read them):

1. AGM Agenda 2024
2. A copy of the Minutes of the AGM 2023
3. Financial Statement 2023/24 - to follow

Any Member may request an item to be included on the Agenda. This must be notified in writing to Nicki Bundock (nicki@camberleyrugbyclub.co.uk), our Secretary no later than 10th July 2024.

Also any nominations for officer or committee member should be submitted to the Secretary no later than 48 hours before the AGM, with a signed agreement from the proposer and nominee.

Finally, I would like to thank all those who have supported the club over the last year. It is an honour and pleasure to be President of this great Club,
