Thank you Graeme!

We wanted to let you know that Graeme Fleming has stepped down from his role as club CEO.

Graeme has been a long-serving member of this club. He has been a player at all levels and although he has not hung up his boots quite yet (being a member of the Touch Rugby Group) he volunteered to undertake many key roles behind the scenes too.

Graeme has worked tirelessly in these roles for our club over many years, which have been integral to our success. From liaising with our local council, Surrey Rugby, suppliers and tenants to having an encyclopedic knowledge of our finances and managing numerous fellow volunteers, Graeme has dedicated much time and effort to our club. Without him, we would certainly not be where we are as a club. He took these on probably at the most demanding time for all rugby clubs during the Covid years and guided us through those difficult days.

We will be outlining our future plans to you all in the coming weeks.

But today is a time to say thank you to Graeme for all that he has done. He has stated how pleased he is with the progress the club has made. He feels that we have turned a corner and the club is moving in the right direction and looks forward to seeing it continue to be successful.

On behalf of us all, we extend sincere thanks to him.

Mike Franzkowiak (President Camberley RFC)

On behalf of The Executive
(Dave Scott, Stewart Davies, Nicki & Ian Bundock)

And The Committee (Ian Russell, Matt Searle, Jay Wilcox, Vic Wilson and Andy Edge)
