What’s your favourite rugby moment?
- As a player; playing at the Gnoll v Neath, I grew up supporting Neath so was great to play on that ground.
- As a coach; winning at Twickenham was great in 2018 although the extra time semi final win away v Coney Hill was a special moment and made me very proud to coach that team.

- Jim Telfer

If you weren’t a rugby player what would you be and why?
- Chef. I would I need a job that is a lifestyle.
Which law of rugby would you change and why?
- I quite like the game as it is, Ruck could be sped up.
What advice would you give to younger rugby players?
- Keep playing post age grade, Use the game as a vehicle to take you forwards in life.
Who inspired you to play rugby?
- My father and mother.
What keeps you motivated to keep playing/coaching?
- Working with people in the sport and wanting to represent my family.
