Parking:
Lyon Way - GU16 7ER.
Parking Marshals will be directing people to the club.

Pitches:
U8s will be located at Kings School
U7, U9, U10 & U11 will be located at Watchetts Park

Timings:
8:30am - Car Parking opens
9:00am - Arrival
9:30am - Ref briefing
9:45am - First Aid Briefing
10:00am - Start
12:30/13:00 - Finish

For anyone that hasn’t been to a festival before. Please download Tourify app and the link will take you to our festival. You will be able to see the times and pitch location of the teams. We will send the teams closer to the date and the times/pitches could change up until the day.

Food & Drink

Toilets:
Are located in the Club House and by the tennis courts. There are toilets at Kings.

Volunteers:
A WhatsApp group will be set up for all parking marshals. Please aim to be at the club for 8:15am and in place by 8:30am.

If you are baking a cake/cookies please bring to the stall which will be located by the Oak Tree by the club house.

Any bottles for the bottle raffle please bring to the control tent or bring on Wednesday.
