Camberley Womens rugby team have stepped up a level securing a 5 all draw at Watchettes on Sunday. A tight match against Horsham ladies entertained the home crowd as both teams battled to create the space to get the ball over the line. Camberley's try came in the first half from a break away starting on the half way line, Emily White powered though the opposition to score under the posts. The missed conversation denied them their first official win not that it affected the team celebrating a hard fought game at the end of the match. Both teams had 20 plus players which is a testimony to the growth in womens rugby and to Camberly RFC and coaches and the new players joining every week.
