CamberleyCocktails lead coach Kim Johnson was invited to share her coaching tips along side Lou Arnold from Project 500 with Jenni Murray on Radio 4s Womens Hour this Thursday.
You can listen to the 5 minute interview and view some of Kim's top coaching tips on the bbc website Womens Hour /five-reasons-why-more-women-should-get-into-sport-coaching-and-howto-actully-make-it-happen?
Kim started her coaching journey as player when she realised there wasn't a natural pool of players coming into the adult game. It wasn't long before the first girls rugby squad was formed and a life long involvement on and off the pitch here at Camberley as well as sharing her passion and experience with Surrey County and local schools. Fast track almost 3 decades and Kim is now introducing a new generation of women to the world of rugby.
