Thursday marked the final celebrations for the 2nd Team’s outstanding season, with the Zoo League Awards night, held at The East India Club in Piccadilly.

Captain Lewis Bryant was in attendance with senior player Benny and Coach Tom Ratcliffe and on behalf of the team gladly stepped up to collect the Winners Trophy of the Zoo League Division 3 Award from Kiwi legend Sean Fitzpatrick who, as well as handing out all of the awards, also provided an insightful prediction upon the up and coming World Cup in Japan.

This season has been a special one for the second team after winning every league fixture and putting in some stellar performances. After a restful off season the boys are looking forward to hitting the ground running during preseason and working toward top place in the newly joined league of Surrey Premiership.
