While other members of the squad were in Windsor, the remaining Camberley team members trained with those travelling from Windsor. As usual, the visitors were made very welcome and it wasn't long 'til everybody was mingling in like old friends.
Six grids were set up with six decision making activities focusing on catching, passing and communication, these were:-
Stuck in the mud, Catch the Alien, Rugby netball, Multi corner rugby-netball, Eagles nest and one other - with varying activities.
Each activity was rotated after 10 mins.
After these activities some small sided games between Camberley and Windsor took place where focus was placed on running in straight lines as a team.
