The cobwebs were definitely blown away this morning on the windiest day of the season so far! This didn't stop our intrepid players providing the watching parents with a great session of enthusiastic training though.
The emphasis was on handling, passing and all round teamwork today and, despite the wind, there was a very impressive display of precision from everybody - with passing being particularly accurate under trying conditions.
No awards were presented last week as everybody was at Farnham Rugby Club, so this week's awards were presented by the coach. Pictured are Adam Smith - who was Star of the Week, Jamie Draper and Lewis Patterson, who each received Achievement for Hard Work awards. Well done to them and to the rest of the Under 8's for a great morning's work and fun.
