Bottle this energy and we'd all make a fortune.

On a well structured training day that everyone got a lot from, the first thing the coaches did was to split the pitch into four sections. When four groups were set up on each section different activities took place in each.
• One area was concentrating on intercepting the ball - called Rugby Netball - one team had to try to steal the ball away from the other team with the ball in the air.
• The next group was working on attacking and defending in teams, with the aim being to beat the defenders by passing accurately and running straight.
• On another part of the pitch was the game called Cats and Dogs. Two teams sat back to back, the coach called either cats or dogs then that team had to run to the try line to score, passing at least once. The other team had to tag them before a try was scored.
• In the last group, 2 players started of in the middle. Their job was to try to tag the rest of the group as they ran from one side to the other. When anyone lost their tags, they had to join the players in the middle where they would all try to tag the rest. Last one with tags left won.
After all that there were four mini games of rugby played - anybody have any energy left?
