November's here and it started with a cold and misty day that gave everybody a taste of things to come.
As usual though, this didn't stop anyone from putting in a great effort and the session went really well.
Lots of parents watching commented on how much progress they were seeing from week to week and how much fun the squad members were having.
At the end of the session Jamie Draper was presented with his medal from the Rugby Festival of two weeks ago - he hadn't been able to receive it at the time.
