A really full training session started with warm-up exercises to make sure everybody was ready for a very busy day - a taste of things to come kids!
As usual, the enthusiasm shown was very impressive and all those parents watching could see excellent progress being made already.
After the session there was a very interesting talk about the rules of the game and what it means to you and your team to play fairly and within the laws. From the response of the players it was obvious that they took it all in.
