Don't try for the nets!!

The Under 8s team played on the tarmac netball pitches at Yateley Manor School on Sunday, due to the Chobham game being cancelled because of the weather.
Two groups of two teams were set up to start off with one group playing stick in the mud, and the other team worked on passing. This was followed by both teams playing proper games. The hard surface didn't stop everybody putting their all into the game and a fun session was had. Nobody tried to score any baskets, so that was a bonus!
At the end the coaches gave out t-shirts instead of awards and certificates. From now on any player who wins a t-shirt must wear it at the next training session after which it should be washed and given back the week after.
The t-shirts were awarded to:
Most Improved: Tom Barnard
Best Listener: Harry Hall
Best Tackler/Tags: Harry Bowen
Best Passing: Joshua Allibone
Well done you four, enjoy the T-shirts - and well done everybody for adapting to the unusual surroundings so well.
