Coaches Paul, Gareth and Jason accompanied more than twenty members of the squad on their visit to Sutton and Epsom RFC for a joint training session today.
The whole squad really put in a great effort during a much longer than usual session and the coaches were all very pleased with their efforts.
All were treated to sausage and chips afterwards by their hosts who obviously realised they needed to stoke up their energy banks after their exertions.
Well done to all who attended and thanks to Sutton and Epsom for being great hosts.
