Chobham Festival

Camberley Under Sevens went away to Chobham for their first ever festival. It was a great day with the weather holding, games running smoothly and the children having a fantastic time.

Expecting chaos and needing to provide lots of coaching during the games, everything seemed to come together and both teams that attended pulled it out of the bag. Great getting back behind the ball, running forwards, and being on each others shoulders to provide support, the teams really did the club proud.

A huge thank you for all of the parents who were there and helping out, thank you to Chobham who hosted a fantastically ran event, and most of all thank you to the Camberley children who made it really enjoyable, even if they did bury the coach at the end of the event....

Next week we're home to host our own festival, looking forward to lots of family and friends coming along to cheer on what is setting out to be a very good team of the future.
