Transition from Academy to Senior Rugby

Transition from Academy to Senior Rugby:

I am really excited to take up a role in the senior coaching team having made the transition from the academy set up. The academy has always provided the senior sides with some really talented players and the U18 group making the transition this summer is no different. Many of the squad started playing at the club in Kinders, so seeing them training and potentially pulling on a senior jersey will be a proud moment for all those involved in their development through the age groups.

I have been coaching age grade rugby for the last 4 seasons and I will be forever grateful for the support in my coaching development the club has provided in that time. The seniors have a really exciting group of players, who have the potential to drive the club forward and achieve great things. I have really enjoyed working with all the players in our current return to rugby phase and am looking forward to getting stuck into some games.
