Our Technology guru Richard Hoare has implemented yet another club system and so doing delivering another step in the fight to move the club into the 21st century - this time it's the new bar card which gives members a 10% discount on bar purchases which has come on line.
The system is very simple to join, mini and junior parents get their card and instructions from their squad manager, while senior players and social members can see Richard Hoare or Mike Courtness who plan to be at the game on Saturday Oct 1st.
Once you have the card you will need to pre load it with whatever amount you choose remembering that it will take 24hrs before that money appears on your card and can be spent. Loading can be done using cash or card over the bar.

For further clarification to all on the Bar Card:

·         Top ups can only now be done at the Bar till.
·         Top up funds can only be spent at the Bar. The Shop and Café have no facility to use club funds at this stage.
·         Top ups are loaded onto the card and available to spend after 24 hrs.
·         Top up funds do not expire.
·         Loyalty points are collected across the whole club. Spends in the Shop, Café and Bar qualify for CRFC Loyalty points.
·         Loyalty points can only be redeemed at the bar. They give you a cash value and can only be redeemed for their cash value and are not just ‘free beer’ – this is a licencing requirement I point out.
·         Account balances are available at any of the tills.
·         Cards are issued blank with just a number embossed on. It is the member’s responsibility to send in a photo to me or loyalty@camberleyrugby.co.uk
·         Once issued to a member the card may take 72 hrs to become live.
·         When used at any till the photo will appear on the screen so the casher can confirm ownership.
·         Lost cards. When notified we can immediately cancel the card so no funds can be withdrawn, replacements cost £5.
·         Changes to the discounts, loyalty point values can be made at any time, and all features, discounts etc. are at the Executive and bar committee discretion.
